At Little Modern, we understand your eagerness to receive your new playmat, which is why we offer FREE delivery within the United Kingdom, ensuring your product arrives at your doorstep within 2-3 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, Little Modern offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Time Frame: You can return your item for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your playmat must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and contained within its original packaging.

Exclusions: While we hope to accommodate all returns, we cannot accept items that are not in their original condition, have been used, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at hello(at)littlemodern(dot)com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Send Your Item: Post your product back to us within 14 days of receipt, including your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Upon receiving your return and after inspection, if your product is in perfect condition, we will initiate a refund.


  • Notification: You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow up to a week from the receipt of your returned item for your refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
